The customer service center is the greatest!!!!! Took care of me and always did in the past
Awful experience. Went in looking to purchase a new front door. 2 associates in the department were sitting at the computer talking. They totally ignored us. After they did finally acknowledge us we were treated very coldly. Like we were interrupting their conversation. We had questions about the installation process and were given no real answers. Definitely need to work on there Customer service. Needless to say left and bought nothing.
Ad just started today and you are out of what i need and wont give me a rain check or tell me when more might come in really thanx but ill guess ill just stick with another store that has better customer service
Dominique ran the BUILD & GROW clinic tonight and it went very well!! Very kind and great with the kids that was building the Superman NASCAR!! We can't wait for the next B&G Clinic!! She's a superstar.
I was at Lowe's this morning with a friend, and the customer service representative, Devin, was absolutely amazing and far exceeded both our expectations. The staff is always helpful and attentive, Thank you Loughborough Lowe's!!!
