RecommendedIan in Flooring is the man. I drove to many flooring stores today with an issue. Ian being an expert threw out an amazing piece of advice, solving my issue. His help was a giant relief among all the stress that comes with getting a house ready to sell. Give that man a raise. He destroyed the entire Saint Louis region of flooring folks.
Do not get delivery: their scheduling and inventory is very disappointing and aggravating to say the least.
I was just at lowes on loughboro, I needed a new lawnmower. Paid $400 to be told that they wnt load it in the car. There was more than enough space but they guy ‘rob’ said he wasn’t allowed to. I have severe health issues including fibromyalgia, an autoimmune disease ect and was forced to push it home. Im absolutely speechless about the treatment at this store.
I just came from the Lowe’s on Loughborough in South Saint Louis and no employees were wearing masks or gloves and work right up on top of one another. It is the negligent practices like this that are going to keep this pandemic going much longer than what it needs to be.
Open up the self checkout lanes. I’ve been in line for 10 minutes. During the global pandemic let’s reduce the amount of time people are in the stores.
I tried to buy a dishwasher today... the sales lady was no and had no idea how to order it.... no one would help... sad
Lowe's installers damaged the house and doors they were installing. The doors were misordered twice. I had to install two of them myself due to a deadline. Those they installed came scratched, the installer left nails sticking out, and the doors scrape against the frames. The front door threshold is already coming apart since it was not properly anchored. I love Lowe's way over Home Depot, they are night and day in store standards and quality products and service. I just spoke with the Store Manager about how much I was impressed by his store & staff, it's up to the quality that I expected from the Chicago area stores.
