Went to Lowe's today for some small stuff. Turned out I was customer support for two gentelmen in the electrical isle. I was able to help them despite the horrible selection of materials. I proceeded to wait 15 min in line to check out the 5 small items I needed. Once again Home Depot looks so much better for service and selection. Location is convenient, but the service and selection really pushes me to shop elsewhere. Heps or Home Depot it is.
Have spent over $20,000 there in past couple years and tonight I needed a date on an item I purchased there and on line "My Lowes " would not work so I called store and asked if they could look it up and I was told do it on line. I expressed I had tried 4 times and no avail, at that point I was hung up on. Tried a second time and male voice very rude told same thing and hung up on me. Great CS, I think not. But.. lucky for me I also have another choice.
Store is fine, credit card services are horrible, lost my business.
Kudos to Lowe's in Sayre for helping us with flexible air conditioner hose , they went above and beyond and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts ....especially Nick and Loren ...........<3 our Lowe's
Worst customer service ever. No one acts if they see someone struggling. They just stand there and stare at you. Stupid.
