was told today at Lowes to continue getting military discount I have to bring in my DD214 and register at customer service. What's the problem with my military picture ID? Why are you making this a hassle? What procedure and or process is the customer service desk going to use to protect my DD214 information? I'm ready to close my account and just use Home Depot or my local hardware stores.

She spent time with me and helped me with a couple of good choices for outdoor grills. She gave me literature to read, which helped me to make my decision.
