Customer service at the Sayre store is pathetic. I went in a month ago to pick out and pay for carpet. The person in the flooring department would not even talk about carpet until the room it was being installed in was measured. So that was done this week. I drove a half hour to the store again to pick out and pay for my carpet at 4:45pm. After waiting a half hour for someone to come to the flooring department he helped me pick my carpet but was unable to write my order up so that I could pay for it. Purchased a roomba replacement kit for brushes, filter, etc. When we got it out today and opened the box it was EMPTY except for the cardboard packaging - all the parts were gone. They told us to bring it back and ask for a manager. We did and they refused to exchange it because “how do we know you didn’t take it out”. So not only did we waste an hour of our day driving there to return it, but they have products stolen from their store that they aren’t even aware of, they accuse frequent customers of doing it and we are out ... read more
Store is very missed managed. Got wrong color stove had to return. Waited an hour for them find my stove but it had damage. Offered too little for all my head aches with this deal. Got a refund. I will never shop there again. Will do all my business at Crofts or Horns True Value from here on out.
This Lowes is a joke...I dont know how they stay in business! If you, by chance, find an employee, they are busy talking to another employee! Customer service doesnt have the number to headquarters... "they thru it away, they dont like clutter"... isn't that ironic.... I own a business in the valley and bust my butt to keep customers satisfied because I appreciate them shopping local!
Provide better customer service!
I will no longer be dealing with this company. After going to the actual Sayre location, buying a washer that was in stock, and having the delivery cancelled not once, but twice, I will take my business elsewhere. And I took off two days of work to make the arrangements and the aggravation is not worth it.
Never have I ever had to take down a tree and buy a new one before Christmas even got here. I have had this tree for 2 weeks it’s had sugar water and sprite and now I had to take it all down and my kids are heart broken and this was the only tree that had no brown on it when I went there!!!!!!!
