No customer service! I had employees watching me load my own lumber !
Employees they're not nice looks like they don't care they need to training how to to take care of customers
Poor customer service take your business elsewhere save yourselves a 4.00 dollar part ended up costing way more than that
I was about to purchase $100 in the wrong materials at lowes for one of our summer camps for kids. Derrick Paiement went out of his way to make sure I bought the correct items for my project, even cutting the materials to the correct size. He did this while taking questions from other customers and making sure he offered the best customer service he could while other managers were just walking by. I hope he is recognized for going out of his way to help me.
I am so disapointed in Lowe's. The customer service is terrible, after waiting at the register for over 10 minutes and both men did not look up to acknowledge us. I left the store in Santa Marg and went to the Lowe's in Aliso Viejo and it was worse. So I decided to go to Home Depot and buy my refrigerator. They were great and attentive. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT FOR HIRING AND TRAINING WONDERFUL PEOPLE.
