Lowes installed 20 hurricane windows almost 4 months ago. Installers admit that they sealed windows to the vinyl siding instead of the underlying waterproofing layer but LOWES still researching 'causation' while my house gets damaged with every rain. https://youtu.be/kBGkQlZUELE Below shows my house with plastic flapping in the wind. I purchased a refrigerator 1.5 years ago and the extended warranty. It now does not work and will not cool. Lowes is giving me a run around about fixing it because I do not have my original receipt, even though they can look up the information. Would not buy appliances from Lowes.
