To the mgr in Laf, IN: You lost a big sale today. I tried to get assistance in plumbing for over 30 min. I gave up and headed to flooring and again ignored by lazy staff. Went back to plumbing and climbed on shelving to get what I needed. Your staff travels in pairs, shooting the breeze instead of helping customers. And when I tried to get assistance, they took off in opposite direction. Worthless store and staff. I will only be back if I need to make a return. I will buy my new flooring elsewhere.
