I love the prices here but the customer service sucks. I walked by multiple associates and the only one who asked me if I needed any help was the guy working in lighting.
But didn't buy anything , just looked at tools. And lumber , yard stuff.

Working quietly at the job site and Lowes employee stops by and grabs lumber from my stock and starts loading it. I try to stop him by reasoning with him but he becomes threatening and takes it by force. I had two choices. Let him take it or be beaten. Met with store manager who made it clear that he was perfectly alright with the behavior. He also hid the identity to protect the individual and said the police can come over and ask if they want to. Lowe's has about anything a person is hunting 4 n the Greater Lafayette, IN area. Except, of course, groceries & clothing. LOL). Mainly, though, their customer service & knowledgable employees go out of their way 2 help.
It's hard to find good workers let alone ones that actually care. This place is ridiculous and the h.r. person I recently spoke with was a joke. Whoever is running this is an even bigger joke and the only one I ever even dealt with....isn't there anymore. All I ever had to do was speak to management to resolve now ive been transferred 3×and I find out she's gone. Well so is my business from your store. Q
