If you buy any type of outdoor power equipment like a pressure washer, and it doesn't work be sure to take it back before 30 days has gone by. If not they force you to keep it, send it for repairs, then give it back to you. No store credit, no help. This "repair" service is the perfect front to up-charge customers for a piece of junk that won't work. I own a service oriented business and wouldn't have handled it like this. I think their policies may need a revision.
I was looking for a door brace. The website said they had 16, but I could not find them. A very nice lady who worked there ( I wish I got her name) found them for me. All the other employees I came in contact with were friendly and helpful. A++ for customer service!!
Will NEVER walk into this store again. Lie after lie and they don't give two cares about what they say. They will tell you something to simply get you off the phone and out of their store. AWFUL EXCUSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! GO TO HOME DEPOT INSTEAD!!!
Worse experience purchasing a washer. Another store was out of stock, this store had 5. Other store stated they could deliver by tuesday. Needless to say, purchased online, and they couldnt deliver until the following Saturday. Now picking it up. What a hassle.
Ordered a washer over a week ago. Called on Monday to set up delivery for Friday (their earliest time available.) Friday came and I received a call 30 minutes before they were supposed to be there saying they "lost" a driver and had to push delivery to Sunday. Extremely disappointed in the resolution.
I really like this place clean, friendly and never had a problem, nothing in this wrold is perfect which is why i give 4 stars which is very good.
Stopped at Lowes after a disappointing experience at Home Depot. Worked with Jorge over the phone to confirm they had the dishwasher we wanted and worked with him again when we arrived to purchase it. In and out in 15 minutes, very pleased with the overall experience!!
