Bought a microwave here for a rental we own in March 2018. Needed white so bought a GE. It has died twice. First time Lowe’s in Burleson to be nice sent someone out to repair it because I griped somuch....Now a week later it’s dead again. Being told I should hAve purchased a warranty although it has a yeAr warranty with GE. Lowe’s says they can’t help and I should call GE which I’ve done twice. Made two appointments and each time it was a no show by them! I need another microwave! What happened to customer service???

Do NOTget injured here and fall on their slippery floors for instance. They have NO 1st aid kit available or employees that know where it’s located. Nor does any “ manager/supervisor” on duty have or know where the Incident Report forms are. So if you get hurt be sure to ha e your own tissue and band aids because they will only offer you a bag of ice, a piece of paper to write YOUR information on( nor give you THEIRS or leadership names, who to contact). I needed to get some stuff for my kitchen reno and everyone was super helpful. The most amazing was Paul! He helped me figure out how much backsplash I needed for the job, helped me load it in the basket, then walked me over to other departments I needed to get things from. When I went to checkout he appeared again and helped to load the car as the boxes were heavy. Thank you Paul for making my day!!!

Ordered a dryer. Was advised delivery service would call at 11:30a today to confirm delivery for 6p. Received a call at 2:32 & was told they’d be here between 6-8p but “would probably be earlier, like 1.5 hours early.” I called my husband & he took off work early to be home by 4:30. It’s 8:30p & they just called & said it’d be probably another 20min. Horrible customer service.

I don't like the reviews, but honestly I was only there for the Red Cross, blood drive. I go to Home Depot, in Irving.

Ordered pick up in store items, didn’t hear back for 5 days. Used customer service to find out why. They didn’t have the items and couldn’t be bothered to let me know. Customer service not any better. Nice enough but didn’t resolve my issue. Asked to have items sent from another store to my local store so I could pick them up. Nope. I could have them shipped to me for $65.00, items were only $52.00. So , I’m now driving 6 cities away and an hour and a half to get them at another store. We had a few issues in the begining, but once the managers & corporate got involved, we got taken care of. Delivery guys were nice & quick as well!
