...walked out of your store today and left a cart full of merchandise simply because you ONLY had self checkout open and no regular registers. The lines were ridiculous at the self checkouts and you lost a big sale today for that reason.

Katherine in the appliance dept, and manager Que in the customer service area were excellent at helping me purchase a washer & dryer today! They both went above & beyond to help me! Lowe's employees have the best customer service skills, and Lowes has a great selection with great prices! This store is clean and easy to navigate! This is why my family and I always shop at Lowes! Thanks a bunch!
