I been waiting 3 weeks for a refrigerator from Home Depot. Went to Lowes and purchased today and getting it tomorrow. Home Depot lost a customer Lowes gained one Thank you to everyone that helped from appliances Christina and Jeremy to Customer Service Jordan. Thank you guys very much .Great Customer Service.
Saw 2 patio chairs that my husband and I wanted ( which we got ), but looking for someone to help us out was frustrating. We asked some associates that were around lawn and garden if they could help us in getting the one’s we wanted. Each one that we asked DID NOT want to help us at all. Terrible customer service!!
More friendly workers they make u feel like u are at walmart !!!!!!!!
Stood in line for 15 minutes because they only had one person in the store that can do an override and he was standing at a door and apparently he's the only one that could do that. Crazy and unacceptable!

Terrible customer service. Very difficult to get someone to help you. Just trying to get replacement mulch blades for our rider mower.
Disappointed a teacher couldn't get 20 paint stir sticks for her class end of year party. So glad Home Depot was nice enough to take care of them.
