We purchased a refrigerator on 11/24/17 that was supposed to be delivered on December 9 and still do not have it, not only that but now expected delivery is 3/5/18. This is currently being sold with an expected delivery of 2/23. We are being told it’s up to the manufacturer but my brother bought the same refrigerator after us from Best Buy and had it delivered and installed two days ago!
The best customer service. Judy helped me today. Very friendly. Too bad we couldn’t find my battery size. Keep up the great work!
I LOVED my experience. Sandy , Sean, and Jeff are the ones who helped us and made buying new appliances for our house feel enjoyable and not like they were just trying to make a sale! Thanks guys!!!!!
When you purchase a kobalt product from them, that has two warranty on battery, three year on the unit. I purchased last fall. You get told no, we can’t help you. You will have to contact kolbalt. Be aware of all their so called great warranty, they can’t help you at the store level. Weed eater, blower, lawn mower cordless version 80& 40 volts. Beware of wasting your moneys at the store . Beware!!!!!!!!!
We were there to purchase a storm door. There were no sales people in that department so my husband walked around and found a clerk who came to the department and called on the phone for customer service to come over there. We waited around for about 10-15 minutes and nobody came so we left. You missed out on a sale.
Since moving to Hurst this has been my second home. The employees are so helpful and there's a few that actually remember me. (I probably go here too much). Great inventory. The only thing is that I wish they carried a sample of the vinyl fencing in stock. I hate ordering things without actually touching it.
