Today i was at Lowe’s Hurst and bought 20 bags of mulch. I was wearing a dress and heels but NO ONE at the store showed up to help me load it. It’s a good thing I was honest and paid for it. With the lack of attention, i could have taken anything I wanted.
Terrible customer experience.
Long story short...Lowe's manager Shane was very patient and went above and beyond to fix what GE has been unwilling/unable to fix after 3 service calls plus our out of pocket expense of $200.00 electrician bill on a $400.00 dryer. Thanks Shane for standing up for what was right and taking care of the situation. Kudos to Lowe's for having managers who care about their customers! GE you haven't heard the last from us!!
Tried to buy a pot for plants. There was no barcode. The cashier said she couldn't sell it without one. I ask if she could get someone to do a price check. She said no. We left everything sitting on the counter and walked out.
Just waited in flooring for help for over 30 minutes. Heard the page multiple times, but no one ever showed up. You just lost a flooring sale. On our way to Home Depot across Precinct Line NOW!!
