i have always encountered helpful, somewhat quirky, and knowledgeable workers at Lowe's. They always seem friendly and willing to answer questions.

I called early this morning I was told that another truck would be coming in with wood on it. I call back and they had cancelled all deliverys to the store!!!!!! I have been looking for wood all week to help protect the windows on my house and I've been getting the run around. How can you be all about the community and cancel your trucks that have the one important thing on it that people need. I will never give this company my money!!!!!

I unfortunately now know why contractors that know me all avoid Lowe's and home depot. They litterly are the rudest and unhelpful when it comes to customer service. I called cause I was trying to become a csr since people recommended me but they decided not to hire me. Witch probably for best since if contractors gonna pay up to half a mill for a job to get done they need it to be done by one of these independent locals. Very disappointed in customer service in a stressful time. Came in for ac instead of offering to help with the $600.00 on shelf they rushed us out the door for closing time. Will not be spending a dime here anymore. Long time loyal customer

Worst customer service ever. Ordered carpet and washer from them....they sub contract carpet install and washer delivery and removal. In both instances the sub contractors screwed me over. Took my washer pedestal along with the washer and would not return it. Told me I'd have to buy a new one for $200. Carpet removal was supposed to be free...charged me another 250.00 cuz it was soiled! No Shot Sherlock....,that's why it's being replaced. LOWES SUCKS!!!!

Lowes in north port should be ashamed of themselves. During a state of emergency during hurricane Irma their customer service hung up on me twice. Really? We are ALL in this together. I get it...calls all day long, asking the same questions but that's why you're there! My restaurant will be answering calls and serving people all day today and it will be handled with class and kindness! Absolutely atrocious! Please train your staff or better yet, if they don't represent you well let them go. They are bad for your business.

they have a really bad costumer service and always when you going to pay you have to wait a lot on the line because they have only one cashier open manager is always on the office with 3 or 4 employes they should have more cashier open and more employes helping..HOME DEPOT IS WAY BETTER
