I have a customer moving to the area and I recommended Lowe’s to them. The could only buy appliances that are in inventory because of a new built home. They were told these products were in inventory. Today we found out they aren’t. Stop with the storytelling!!!!! Now they’re make everyone jump through huge hoops when the actually didn’t tell the truth!! I’ve used them for years and have sent at least a dozen people to them. RecommendedWe were picking up replacement fence panels. Great help getting the panels loaded. Inside the store the employees are very engaged and helpful.
LET ME USE OUR VA BENEFIT..TWICE REFUSED AND ITS ON MY CARD TOO.
Don’t expect full payment on any job where sub contractors are involved until job is done and done right!!! This just happen to us with our fence and it was started in Dec 2019

I wasn’t very happy with the lady at the register. I bought a sander some sandpaper n a few other things. My order came to 108$ n some change. I paid with 2 100 dollar bills. The cashier was extremely rude. Said oh you’re gonna pay with two hundreds for this? So then proceeds to tell me her machine won’t read the bill so assumes it’s fake.
