I ordered decking lumber for delivery to my house. When it showed up, I noticed half of it wasn't pressure treated like I thought I ordered. Within an hour Jim and Alan had my situation corrected and redelivered correctly to my house. Amazing guys. Well done.
I am giving one star due to my trip to the garden department yesterday. My 2 previous trips were also the same and that is why I am putting in my 2 cents. The plants were dry as in no one has been watering and you could tell. The person I asked to help us was very rude and argumentative. I was put on hold, trying to find out if Lowes carries ice scrapers, only to be transferred to hardware, automotive and then the Nursery, back to the operator!!! I asked “do you have ice scrapers?” “oh, I don’t think so!!!” Not great customer service!
Last week I went to the Lowe’s on Fruitville Road to purchase a dishwasher that they had on their website, of course when I got there they didn’t have the dishwasher so they sent me to the Lowe’s on State Road 70 in Bradenton. I paid for the dishwasher at 10:08 AM and they did not bring it out until 11:20 AM I waited for over an hour and 10 minutes and every time I went inside they had a different excuse. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. No communication from the store to me about late deliveries or them not having the product I already paid for! Zero help from management, including the store manager. How hard is it to make a phone call and inform a customer of any changes to their purchase? Apparently they just take your money and run. #homedepot

Last few times I have been in the store have needed help lol!!!! Today asked 4 people go all the way that way. -----? 3 men standing an laughing acted like I was disturbing them. They had NO idea. Getting ready to walk out when a very nice gentleman named Phil asked. If I needed help came close to saying something rude but didn't. He not only told me but made sure it was there took me over to location. Thank you Phil if it hadn't been for him you would have lost a couple customers.
