Lowe's Fruitville Road store did all that they could do to help us with a purchase that should have been easy and straight forward. However, their lack of communication with delivery service and getting us the right item was a challenge. The BLAME falls on CORPORATE Lowe's. I was checking out and asked for my veterans discount. At which time the lady (Ginger) running the register got very aggravated and said to me "I'm tired of you guys abusing it." I have never asked for my veterans discount with her, so I don't know why she got so aggravated over it. I showed my ID card to her too. I will never go through her register line again and will more than likely go to other stores first for now on. I earned my veteran status and should never be told I'm abusing it.
WET, MOLDY WALLS BY LOWES! @Lowes #LOWES installed 20 hurricane windows & all 20 have been leaking for ALMOST 4 MONTHS. They attempt to cover the windows but plastic blows off right away and leaks continue unabated https://youtu.be/kBGkQlZUELE
They have everything you need, but the employees I've dealt with have shown complete disinterest in helping the customer figure out what tools/supplies are needed. This Lowe's is close to me so I use them, but I was given a Home Depot gift card so I went out of my way. The Experience was night and day. Everyone I dealt with at Home Depot did their best to help me with my project.
The nicest people work there always going one step further for great customer service loving where they live

I'm disappointed at Lowes lack of caring about the negative impact of certain products being sold in the store on local wildlife. Glue traps kill.
I love Lowe's!! If our store is out of something we need, we have 3 others we can go to that are pretty close by. We seem to start a project and we need more, we can always count on Lowe's!
