Close the doors. Worst experience from a big box retailer and the worst that either corporate or the store cared one bit. Shop at Home Depot, they are more professional store. Lowe’s is a total joke. They accused us of stealing, later to find out their secondary delivery company NEVER shipped our item. Not even an “I’m sorry”. Lowes will never get another dollar from us.
I was in the store with some merchandise that was marked down and waited at the register for 20 minutes for an override, then walked away without anything from frustration. I will probably never return to this location.
Terrible company that is scamming customers with their extended service plan!
Arrived at appx 11:30 to get paint samples. There were already 3 people ahead of me with one person working the paint counter. She was very pleasant and not complaining. I apologized for needing 4 samples mixed and she apologized to me for having to wait so long. It did take over 25 mins to them. At noon, 2 more employees starting helping her. Come on Lowe's, it's SATURDAY...weekend time for doing home repairs....please be properly staffed.
