I ordered appliances I waited two weeks for them the order then get split between this store and Brooklyn store. Delivery day comes nothing get delivered. They changed the delivery date for all the items som now I am waiting another two weeks . They also charged my credit card I can only hope they don’t charge me again. Complete Incompetence.
Do not trust Lowe’s for any job, large or small.. Do not trust Lowe’s to do any job, large or small. I’ve heard the horror stories but went ahead with them as the install was for a small fence around some pool equipment. We placed the order in May and it has been one incompetent error after another. Unorganized. Little help. Never go back. Never ever.
Left your store yesterday evening, was literally kicked out of the flower area and told to come into the store to pay. Wasn't what was said, but how it was said. I left my items that I was going to purchase in the aisle and left. Her attitude needs an adjust. (around 8 pm last night)
Much higher prices than Home Depot
Just tried to buy a chain saw and couldn’t believe the incompetence of the staff. The woman in the garden department would have been better in the nail polish department. Despite the sign saying buy this, get that free, she had no clue where the free item was. And refused to even look for it. To compound the problem, she knew nothing about the warranty. Buyer Beware!! So many concerns with my current experience with the Lowes in Bedford Heights Ohio. My complaint is with the lack of customer service that I experienced within the last eight months. Let me begin by stating that I have never left a review (positive or negative) in my life. Also, I have always shopped at Home Depot until March of 2016. Please save yourself heartache, time and money and DO NOT SHOP AT LOWES FOR ANY REASON.
