Rude staff. They are using a third party vendor and not being accountable when your items come up missing. Unacceptable. If I purchase an item through LOWES that is who is responsible for my items.
walked up to the register and had to wait for a personal conversation between two employees to end before I could approach because of social distance reasons. the cashier never greeted me and when I asked how she was doing, she just looked at me. checked me out in total silence like I was a bother to her. after the transaction, all of my plumbing parts just sat on the counter while she looked at me like I was an idiot. They're obviously overbooked without enough contractors but accept the project anyway. My bungalow-sized kitchen was started on 1/24/2020 and it still isn't competed! Don't even think the delay was caused by the pandemic, Coronavirus or Covid-19. These weren't factors because this project should have been finished by then. Home Depot put in beautiful windows, Rock Solid Granite put in beautiful counters but getting Lowe's to complete their part has been difficult. Too many excuses and not enough effort. the lines was long and the people who worked there were very rude
Terrible order pick up system One person in customer service has to look up your order then has to go to the back warehouse to pull it while other customers just wait. Takes forever. Never seen anything as poorly set up!! Will never do this again. Home Depot’s system is far more efficient

Had a negative experience today with a delivery driver who refused to move on a one way street and blocked traffic for 15+ cars. The driver was aggressive and nearly hit me in the face with a clipboard when I asked if he would move his vehicle. He did move but the aggressive nature was completely uncalled for
Waiting for a gravel delivery that was supposed to be here between 8 & 12. It's now 4:05. Keep hearing "it's on it's way"......NOT! Absolutely ridiculous and has totally wasted my day off!
