Worst lowes I've ever been 2!!! Rude staff that spends more time on there cell phones then doing their job.... Go root through your dads garage to find what you need. You'll be happier in the end

Whatever you do, don't hire Lowe's for any type of remodel. Once they have your money you're at their mercy in completing the work. My kitchen remodel was scheduled to be completed in 2 months, they started July, 2018 - just finished late January, 2019. Well sort of finished, in replacing a blemished floor tile the sheen didn't match and I'm unable to get an answer of what was used to apply the sealant. Basically, I have one tile that doesn't match. Terrible customer service! After a week of online shopping and a full day of browsing around researching my options I chose to purchase one of their LG washers. A few hours after the order was placed I received a call from this location and was abruptly told the washer was not available and my card would be credited. When I asked how I was able to order a unit that wasn't available she again stated my "account would be credited" and hung up before I could even react. Lowe's just delivered my new refrigerator on Saturday. Now just a few days later the ice and water dispenser do not work. Instead of swapping out the unit which would make total sense considering it's is BRAND NEW. The installation people do not stick around to make sure the unit is working properly. They also damaged the back of the fridge pretty badly but the people at Lowe's dot seem to care about that. Now I am stuck taking precious time off of work to wait around for a third party repair company.
