We purchased a 5600.00 fence and had it installed. Worst experience ever! The fence rails were broken and cracked, took two weeks to get anyone to reorder parts and parts ended up on back order. When the parts did come it was sooner than expected but then there were still damaged pieces! There customer service is terrible- no one returns your calls and they tell you unused items can be returned and then when you try they say no. I would not recommend using Lowes for this service!
The associates in the appliance department ( Jim was one I believe) were awesome. They helped me get exactly what I needed. I had been to several competitors with no luck. The folks at Lowes were very friendly and went beyond the call of duty to satisfy this customer! They made my day!
Two months and counting and we still don't have our floors done that we've paid for! Installer incorrectly installed the floors in the kitchen, still waiting for that to be fixed. Still waiting on the right transition strips to be installed, they didn't order enough flooring or quarter round initially and still waiting on that. Just ridiculous! Oh and the manager wouldn't even speak to me or make eye contact when I stopped in last time to check on the status. #longestinstallever #gladyouhaveyourmoney
I always received the best customer support. Most of their associates (all those I dealt with) are honest and competent.
