My wife and I ordered carpet. That all went fine. But the installers didn't wear masks and stole a box of tools from our house.
RecommendedI went to Polaris Lowes looking for an idea for white boards to send home for student use (teaching all virtual kindergarten) Christie was so helpful! She directed us (another teacher was w me) to an 8x4 sheet of dry erase board. She then helped us figure out the best way to make boards a good size and get as many as possible from a sheet. Lowe's should accept a discount for honorably discharged veterans, they do not.
I ordered a dryer from Lowe's for delivery, instillation, and to take the broken old dryer away. I received a phone call on Monday that it would be delivered between 1 and 5 pm on Tuesday. I made the proper adjustments to my schedule and when I arrived home at 11:30 am the dryer was sitting in front of my door with no one around. My husband and I went to Lowe’s on Polaris Pkwy in Columbus,OH to get a Christmas tree. We saw a sign that said 50% off select live nursery products. We get to the register and the employees says it’s not 50% off. She calls the manager and he says, “ I apologize the sign it’s clear but it’s for the smaller trees”. I posted the sign, where does it say small trees. Where is the customer satisfaction?
I have purchased several levelor blinds. I need three more to finish my full downstairs of my house. The local lowes doesnt have the size I need. The Polaris location (10 miles away) does. However the Polaris location is more than twice the cost. I asked if they price match. Apparently they price match for other home depot, Sears, etc stores but WON'T price match your own store!!! The associate stated corporate will not let us. This does not make any sense and makes Lowes sound greedy.
