Poor service on an over 500 order if composite decking - extreme fading - bending product with the way you stored - have shopped your store for 20 years
Placed online order on Sunday for free store delivery. You promised a call back within 24 hours - that did NOT happen. Called Tuesday, doesn't seem like you even know about my order. Finally they tell me the earliest delivery time is Saturday - almost 1 week from the date I ordered. All items are in stock. If delivery time is going to be that far out an immediate call is warranted. I live less than 2 miles from the store - btw. Bad service, no follow through on what you say you will do. Do not take your business to this Lowes. They shattered my windshield loading composite deck boards into my vehicle and are not covering the damages!
Bait and switch, keep an eye on Lowes when you purchase an appliance. I bought a refrigerator, I told them I needed it now. The one I picked out, they said they had several in stock. Truck pulls up and was told the floor model was the only one they had and that they knew I really needed one. I called management and was given the cold shoulder. The battle begins. BEWARE!!!!!
I bought windows and had them installed by this store. The chaulk is turning black, has not cured and is still sticky 9 months later. I have tried to get someone from the store to correct the situation for a month and noone will call me back. I wish I had bought my windows from someone else.
