On Thurs 3/15 I went to this location to view and possibly purchase a washing machine. A male employee tried to find the machine I was interested in, but it was not on display. The young female in this department stated to me in an unprofessional tone of voice, "I don't have that on display" and promptly walked away leaving me standing there not knowing what to do. I stopped in to research heat pump hot water heaters. Each person I spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly and well spoken. They certainly deserve my business.
Seriously the best customer service I've had in a long time. Bought all new kitchen appliances and had some issues along the way with the order. Shawn, Ron, and Kathy (all in management level positions, I believe) have restored my faith that good customer service does still exist. Kudos to all three!
This particular location always has a friendly helpful staff on hand
