Give me my refund for a product that has NEVER come in since February 29th. I ordered and paid for a bathroom mirror on February 29. It was supposed to be picked up along with the vanity in mid March. Then covid19 happened. We finally were able to pick up the vanity in late April. But the mirror wasn’t there. The guy who ordered it was no longer employed there. The new guy tried but after about 12 trips to the store has been unable to come up with a mirror or a vanity top. Placed an online order for pickup. Given the current situation, I wanted to do curbside. The sign gives a number and an extension, but when you call the number, there’s no option to enter an extension. I pull in, call the number on the sign, and it rings...and rings...and rings. It goes back through the menu, then rings...and rings...and rings. Nothing. Signed a contract on May 30 for gutters. Would hear from installers in 48 hours for an install date. No communication! Called our project coordinator, Christina Beverly 4x. No response! After calling numerous times finally got someone, gutters will be installed July 5th at 9am. Now we're told the cap hasn't been made, they don't have any measurements & no gutters today!!!! Pathetic customer service from Lowe's!!!! Avoid them at all costs!
Prices on building supplies are going through the roof. Hard to find sales people to help or that can answer questions and most of the time, they don't have what I'm looking for. Sad when I can buy paint at Walmart I couldn't find at Lowe's. Also, their lawn and power equipment as well as barbecue grill parts stock is pitiful and I never seem to find the plants I'm looking for when I'm there.
