Mistake after mistake. Paperwork for an order wasn't submitted. The two copies of an in store item were apparently not good enough, so one had to be ordered. Delivery was made on the assumption there was one in store. Weren't allowed to have that one. A week later, we've been told our dishwasher was lost and they have to order another one. Will never shop at Lowes again.
I just stood at the paint counter for a few minutes while TWO women just stood there. One finally asked me if I needed help. Yes, I need an outdoor paint to match these shutters. Her response, well you need to go find a paint sample. Nope, I will drive down the road to Menard's. Thank you so much for your help Lowe's!! I truly appreciate it!!
I didn't buy anything today, but I did get some boxes for a school project. I thought I'd hit the jackpot when I was told I could take a water heater box, that is until I realized there was no easy way of fitting the box into my car! An employee, Tim (at least that's what his nametag said), came up to me and helped me cut the bottom off the box (since it was stapled and glued together) so I'd be able to fold the box down!
