went in to order a new shower and when finally someone showed up to help after a half an hour, they told me to come back tomorrow morning for help. customer service literally told me nobody could help me tonight. this was at 6pm. went to home depot where I knew they would want my business.
not buy anything or need some help
I just left lowes after going there to make a major purchase. I've been shopping lowes for years but lately have switched to menards. Today was another reminder why. Its raining hard so I parked in the contractor load out area that has a roof overhead. As I entered I was approached by an employee asking me to move my truck. I walked out after seeing the police flag, a symbol of white supremacy, hanging over the exit.
Apparently when you purchased appliances at Lowes they don't/won't back up the warranty. Never will I purchase appliances at any Lowes in the future!
Came to Lowe's for the 1st time and received the worst customer service from employees Amanda and Allie, who were standing in an aisle talking but when I asked about a box that was opened and wanted them to check if all pieces were there Amanda assured me that it was although she didnt check. I asked for her manager which took about 10 minutes b4 anyone showed. I didn't get her name but she only listened to what I had 2 say, but clearly didn't care. I wont be back!! How is this store still being patronized? Smh!!
Keith was super helpful trying to help me find the item I was looking for. It is so unusual nowadays to find a young person that will go out of their way to help someone find something. Thanks again Keith. Keep up the great customer service!!
Terrible customer service!!! Even stuff you order don’t get delivered on time! And they don’t care! I will never shop at Lowes again!
