Seems to be a theme here, but customer service is nonexistent. Save yourself the frustration and go someplace else. They haven't even noticed the address on the entrance is wrong...
Worst customer service ever. Lied about our LG washer and dryer being in stock and continuously lied about when it would be delivered. We purchased on 8/30 and they were supposed to be delivered on 9/5. Now we have no idea when our dryer will be delivered (if ever) which we already paid for in full. No one has contacted us - we have had to do all the work in getting in contact with them. No one answers their phone - continuous loop that takes you back to the main menu. Let me just say that I will NEVER buy anything from Lowe’s again! 👎🏻 The worst management, customer service, and phone system EVER! 😠 I FINALLY got my new LG washer & dryer delivered today on Saturday 9/12/2020, after having to go up to Lowe’s on Thursday evening to complain that no one showed up to deliver it on Wednesday after taking off of work and waiting all day! 🙄 Couldn’t get through on their awful phone system to call to check on the status, so I had to make a trip over there! Ordered online several days ago. Got a call that I needed to call about my order because it wasn’t in stock and I could wait for them to get it or cancel it. Called 12 times and got put through a phone tree several times. No one would answer anything. Then they cancelled my order.
Worst customer service I've ever had at any store. First of all I drove all the way from Grove City 20 minutes away because your online store says you have 3 pool vacuums in stock and I get there only to be told you don't have any. The person that works in that department was apparently having a bad day and she wouldn't even bother helping me. A guy in customer service looked up the part number and it showed they have 5 in stock!!! Your store is an absolute joke. I will never be back.
terrible experience. They either lost or sold our toilet we ordered online for in store pick up. the store did not answer the phone for curbside pickup. we waited over an hour as they searched the store for our toilet only to tell us it was not available. They customer service crew then paged repeatedly for a manager and physically tried to find one. no luck. Apparently Lowes does not have mangers.
My parents bought a dishwasher for our condo from Lowe's and made it it clear that delivery and installation were needed. The dishwasher was delivered, but not installed even though we were led to believe installation was included. We found out it was not included and were charged an exorbitant amount of money for installation. That was over a week ago and they still have not scheduled an installation despite taking the money out. It is nice to know that Lowe's like to take advantage of elderly folks during this pandemic.
Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Had a shed delivered to my house. It was broke. Scheduled to pick it back up Friday. Never came. Then schedule Monday and never showed. No phone calls. No apologies. Had an order for another 3000 shed. Canceled it. Will be going to Home Depot
