Purchased a dishwasher last year from Lowes, scheduled a home service for my dishwasher 8 days ahead so I could be first appointment for the day. I have an 8-12 appointment and it’s now 12:05 and I have received no phone call, no courtesy text, email, or message in regards to my repair that I have been sitting around for 4 hours for. I will NEVER step foot in your store again! You guys must hire anyone that can pass a drug test! How about a personality test? Like,do they have one? The guy in your "fashion bath" department or whatever it's called, is literally the rudest person I have ever encountered in the retail industry!
