Sold me a smoker, said they would assemble, when I went to pick it up, said they were minus two in inventory. Nice
So I don't think we'll be going to Lowe's anymore. Ordered fence panels they said they'd be ready for pickup yesterday and they were out. But the real kicker was we were followed around the store by a cop and then he went line by line of the receipt and told Samantha if one thing wasn't scanned she was going to jail. She went through a cashier who scanned everything. He also snatched her wallet and went through it like she could hide something from Lowe's in a wallet. This store has consistently offered the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

They have absolutely no regard for their customers and social distancing. It looked like Black Friday in there. Date - 4/4/20
Well went in to get a sink cabinet they loaded it on cart we realized it was damaged. The back was cracked all the way from side to side there was a hole on side of the cabinet the regular price was 183 so we asked customer service about a deduction of price since it was very damaged they said we can do 20 % off but then another man that worked there said the lowest he would go would be 150. Recently bought fence and deck and have nothing but issues with the contracter. Now months later this store is acting like we don't exist. It was installed incorrectly. As someone who has never done this before we were at the mercy of the contracter. Then to find out it was sub contracted out to a third party. They stated from the beginning that we would only ever have to deal with Lowes. Now they are ignoring us and forcing us to pursue all other avenues to try and rectify our new deck.
