This is a terrible company. Last summer we bought a weed wacker that didnt last a week. We lost the receipt and couldn't exchange it. I let that go as it was my fault i didnt keep the receipt. Then we bought a deep freezer that didnt last even 90 days. All our food spoiled! They refuse to do anything. This is a feeezer that is exclusive to Lowe's. This company puts a hurt on family's!
Went for an advertised item that was on sale and had zero issues buying it, associate was there to answer all my questions. I had been to a competitors store before (3 locations) and couldn't find what I need, spent 3 hours looking, my visit to Lowe's was 15 minutes, and 10 of it was me asking questions.

Their prices are too high you can't find someone when you need them, their selection is great, but it's a self-help hardware store.
Lack of service. Had a door install scheduled for today. Took a full day off work. Installer was late and then told me that Lowe's screwed the order up badly and he didn't have what he needed to do the install. Glad I took an entire day of PTO for NOTHING. I really hate Lowes.
