Ordered a dishwasher from here. When installer showed up, they told him it wasn't there. It turned out it was, they just didn't look for it. Managers Benjamin and Wes didn't take kindly to me saying I was going to name drop them on a review so I guess they refunded me? Now it's been a week and I need to order a dishwasher. Went to Home Depot and booked it in 5 minutes for an install.
I bought a gas stove from Lowe's Home Improvement Center in Hilliard OH andhave had nothing but issues with trying to get delivered. They pay no attention to the times you tell them you are available for delivery. When they do decide they can get the stove to you, after rescheduling the delivery 4 times, they inform you for the first time that you will need to have someone come in and disconnect the gas because they don't do that. Spent over $5,000 on appliances this year. Refrigerator was delivered late after they had to bring temporary refrigerator (which I had to request). Delivered after 3rd attempt too early and had to call and get them to come review. Now waiting on dishwasher that was supposed to be in November 25. Had to call them to see if it was in, was told yes and was contacted for installation. Well, surprise, installer calls to say dishwasher not in when he went to get it. Still waiting!!!
Our experience was great. Have been long time customers of Lowe's, enjoy shopping there much more than Home Depot. We priced clothes washer and dryer, Lowe's offered the best prices, lowest extended warranty cost and free home delivery. We'll continue to shop Lowe's for all of our homes needs.
Bought a washer and dryer before 4th of July. We're supposed to be delivered on the 24th. Cancelled. We're supposed to be delivered early August. Cancelled. To be delivered Aug 20. Cancelled. To be delivered tomorrow and I just called--they don't even have the washer dryer!!! Not happy.
