I ordered a stove on June 22. Had to wait five weeks for it, even though I was told it would be three weeks. Finally got an automated phone call that it would be delivered July 30, between 3 pm and 7 p.m. I waited and waited, the delivery did not happen, I was very upset, I made several phone calls, finally spoke to a manager, who told me he would get back to me in the morning. I called them at 3:00 pm for a delivery. they said bring it on in. there truck driver told me w here to park and unstrap. he would be right up to unload me. needless to say I wasn't very happy with there service. I got unloaded at 8:00 pm. I have just so much time for allows me to work.2 hours from home. my 14 hour clock run out 45 minutes away. I don't know anything about service on other side and probably will not find out
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! When I originally bought my new (basic white model cheap whirlpool) refrigerator; I should have known from the start it was going to be a bad experience. The employee was so rude and condescending and incredibly unhelpful! Then I found out that this refrigerator is “special” and won’t be delivered until August; which had I known that I wouldn’t have bought the refrigerator in the first place! My husband and I ordered a washer Friday 12/20/19 we were told delivery Sunday 12/22/19. Expect a call Saturday for delivery time Sunday. Saturday came and went no call. I called today Sunday 12/22/19 I find out the washer was on the list for delivery to the store. I ask can I come to the store and pick up? No I can’t because deliveries are only made to the store on Monday and Wednesday’s. Knowing all this it could be next Monday 12/30/19 before my order came in due to Christmas.
