Came in with my mom to look for a new oven. We were in the section for about 30 minutes looking and had several employees walk by without asking if we needed help and walked by too quickly for us to stop them and ask questions. I finally pulled my phone out and discovered exactly what she wanted at Sears and it’s cheaper. So off we go to Sears.
We had a terrible experience today at Lowe's In Hilliard. My husband and I were in the market to purchase deck and fence stain. Lucky for us, there were signs all over the paint and stain aisle advertising rebates for purchasing different sizes of outdoor paint/stain. We purchased three 5 gallon buckets of Ready Seal. Ordered a new dryer on Monday for Wednesday delivery. I gave my cell phone number when we purchased and assumed that was the number that would be used to notify me that the delivery was in the way (scheduled 12-4). I had to run an errand and was gone 20 minutes - the delivery driver called 10 minutes after I left on the home phone. I missed the delivery by literally 2 minutes. The wait to buy a grill was painful. The gentleman was nice but didn’t have any assistance from a younger fellow
Waiting and waiting and waiting to get a door installed that we purchased last month. Twice installations cancelled, twice days off from work to be home for the installations and now after calling the store, we are told to call the corporate office, not this store. Spent over a $1,500 in new vinyl flooring online so I could conveniently pick it up after work. When I get here I am told they pulled the order and no one put a note on it so they put it back on the shelf. What's the use of being able to order online when the employees are too incompetent to complete the order. Will be going to Home Depot when I remodel my bathrooms later this year.
