My husband ordered the washer I wanted. It was supposed to be delivered 12/11/16. We lost heat in our house, so I called to reschedule the delivery. It got changed to 12/18/16. We don't get the delivery, so I call the store my husband bought the washer at and find out (after many attempts to get someone on the phone) that it's been backordered and won't be in until 1/4/17. May 23,2015. l payed for a walk in tub. There' was the rong tub delivered. a parts replacer for installation. Then Josh, did a verry nice job putting my tub in. The drain staying open and slow. It was to be fixed. l went to Lowe's alot asking for the repair. l would like to invite chanel 4- 6- 10,and 28. to see disgusting Services. That Lowe's working for you. Did for me. We recieved amazing customer service today from Hashard in the hardware dept. He had great suggestions for alternative solutions and was incredibly friendly! Will definitely come back to this Lowe's in the future!

DO NOT ORDER BLINDS. They get your money and they don't deliver a sufficient service. They hire an outside contractor and After they get your money, you deal with the outside contractor. After 4 month, they haven't fixed the problem when they accepted that the blinds were too small. I want my money back for the blinds that are too small and they tell me I need to bring the blinds back to get my money back. How in the world I paid you for installation and now I need uninstall them and bring them back instead of coming and uni... read more
