Poor customer service. Dealing with them is a nightmare.
This store do not work or shop at as they are being charged for firing people for donating their plasma and also being sued for discrimination i will never buy from this liar again. pretty bad they fire people for donating to a great cause.
I have NEVER written a negative review in my life! You have a lot of choices for appliances. Unfortunately, I chose Lowes to purchase $9500 worth of appliances for my brand new home. 2nd floor washer hookup drain was placed in a place clearly marked "do not use as a drain". This caused my upstairs to flood, ruining carpet pad, kitchen ceiling damage, light fixture damage, water to run all the way down to my basement into my furnace. We ordered a refrigerator last weekend that was supposed to be delivered the following Saturday. The following Saturday comes and I get a call at 2 PM that there was a system glitch and they can’t deliver that day. Lowe’s assured me they would deliver the next day. Sunday comes and I hadn’t heard anything by 2 PM, so I call again. Now they are saying it won’t deliver until Monday. Ridiculous that I hadn’t received a call telling me that? I would like to give a shout-out to the very kind, bearded employee who saw me looking lost in the plumbing department. He took a minute to help me understand that the towel bar in my bathroom wasn't actually broken. Thanks to his advice, I was able to come home and fix it instead of having to buy a new one. This isn't the Lowe's closest to me, but I'll go out of my to spend money here in the future. This happened 3/17 between 3 and 4pm.
Lost my order, poor customer service.
Spent $300 here yesterday on paint and forgot a couple of things. I got online this morning and placed a pick up order 6 hrs later I call to ask how long before the order will be ready and they say they are pulling it then. We drive up here and guess what..... not ready! So here I stand with four kids, one infant and wait for the order to be pulled! Grrrr!!!� Yesterday was no picnic either! I need to just make the drive to another home improvement store!
