On Sept 19th I had made a purchase close to $300.00 and somehow my credit card was charged twice. I called my credit card company and they told me I needed to contact the store for a credit. How do I prove that I didn't buy something? Anyway, called Lowe's and was told, (after being on hold for about 10 minutes) that it was a "corporate issue" and that Lowe's Corporate was contacting the bank of the customers to arrange a credit.
