I bought a full kitchen redo from Lowe’s Valencia Road store in Tucson, AZ. After many problems with delivery, installation, damaged appliances, and damaged cabinets, finally everything was acceptable except the refrigerator. I ordered an item online that they had in the store. When I went to pick it up they lost the item! I will never shop here again! Horrible customer service!

worst experience ever. still not resolved. I've called for two days now, no answer on the phone. Husband went in asked if he could pick our internet order up if he shopped himself. they said yes, no one around to help. been calling all day and can't get through to someone
I had the absolute worst customer experience ever! After trying to call to check my order for 30 minutes, I then had to wait an additional 30 minutes at customer service DURING the quarantine, Then they told me that the stove I ordered and paid for would not be at the store until Sunday.(today is Tuesday). And their own website said they had it in stock at that store! That after they received it they could schedule a delivery date. (mind you my stove is unusable due to leak). Also I am a disabled vet. Worst experience today. Closing manager was rude and had no intentions to help. I was placed on hold for over 45 minutes for my curbside pick up order that was never brought out.
I ordered cabinets on October 18th it is now November 21. Not only did I not receive any calls but I found out today that they haven't even requested them from the warehouse. I would not recommend buying cabinets from them unless you want a half finished kitchen for weeks and weeks and a very pissed off wife. We've had to eat out since we have no kitchen and it has cost a fortune. Worst 3k I've ever spent.
