Bought a swap cooler and the install. They told me 3 business days. This was Tuesday June 18th, it is now June 26th! It’s been 3 weeks since I started the process of everything! I’ve called and called. I’m not sure if they even knew what was going on. No communication at all.

I recently bought 2 Cozy Breeze misting fans. The first 1 had the hose burst when I turned the water on. The second 1 had 2 problems, the connector to the hose leaked about 1 quart of water every 30min.. One of the misters had no water coming out except a drip. Sure wish there was better QC.
Trying to get these people on the phone is a nightmare. I've been calling and calling, completely stuck in a loop with no one answering the line. Just trying to find out when they are delivering a major appliance. Horrifying service. It took 1 and a half hours to buy the damn thing on the phone yesterday and now I cannot even find out the time it will be delivered.
I bought a Lawnmower with the one year warranty. I was under the impression by the sales pitch of the associate, that it was fully covered if I purchased it. However, when the mower failed to start after it had been in storage for approx. 8month I took it back to Lowes and they assured me it would be taken care of. After two weeks I returned for the mower and the employee advised me there would be a cost of $ 108.00 for the repair. Worst customer service ever. Spoke to the manager, he told me corporate created the problem, and its up to them to fix it. I'm taking my business back to ace hardware.
