I just left the Lowes on East Broad Street without making my purchase. There were 8 employees behind the service desk. 1 employee told the group I was waiting to check out, they all looked at me and yet no one came over to wait on me. The comment I heard from an employee in the group was "I'm doing something". Something more important than customers? This was customer service at its worst! It will be a long time before I return to Lowes on East Broad Street.
We had a recent kitchen upgrade which included new refrigerator install. Learned of plumbing problem and realized there was damage to drawer in fridge. It was only through Matt Skaggs (with assist from Laura Ducker) all issues were resolved to our satisfaction! We truly cannot thank them enough for their guidance during what could have been completely frustrating! Thank you!
Garden center is large, fairly neat. Could take better care of plants, especially indoor displays. I'd love to see a better selection of succulents and cactus.
