Had the WORST customer service experience ever yesterday. Laretta & her delivery crew couldn’t have been more miserable. They were rude & unfriendly from the start. Their manager Levi was just as unhelpful. They left the job they were doing with an old refrigerator in the middle of my kitchen...after I paid for removal service. They told me they “weren’t movers” and left the job! I wouldn’t buy anything from Lowe’s ever again. Going to Home Depot today to buy all the home improvements I need for my new house. We Went to the store at 8231 East Broad Street. At the check out Jamie ask if we had Military Discount. I told her that I haven’t been able to get it to sync up with our Lowe’s card. She took us up to the service desk. She was able to get that accomplished. She even voided our order and rang it with the Military Discount. My husband forgot his cane at the register and she was bringing it out to us. That is customer service! Thank you Jamie!
Last night I ordered a washer and dryer in. Signed up for a Lowes card. Used the coupon you sent me. Thought man I'm getting a great deal from a company. I'm using to strart redoing my home so go ahead sign up for the card. I've been looking at getting a furnace and ac unit from there too. All set up to get the call for delivery. I wish I could give them negative stars. I've been trying to get my vanity delivered in one piece since march it's November and still dealing with it
Nothing on the shelf in the plumbing dept. i was forced to buy a $29 kit when I only needed one piece. And no snakes for the drain! What the heck?!??
