Customers are harassed by employees at this store. It’s an unsafe store. Management is a joke.
I went to this location today to get some grounding outlets . Nobody would help me .So I left and called the store to talk to a manager .... She apologized but didn’t seem too interested in my complaint . I will be be calling corporate and I will not be returning to that store

this store in full of unknowledgeable "employees" and rude mgr. I only go there because its close to my house but am finding that the drive to menards is worth it.
Some of the rudest, most inept employees I’ve ever encountered. Nothing is ever easy. I’ve been dealing with this store since 2008 and the incidents of poor service far outnumber the good.
This whole store is an embarrassment! Ordered and paid for a fence in June, still not installed. Danny Butler the Sales guy vanished and won’t return calls to the central coordination office or to me. 0/5: would not recommend these crooks to anyone.
I am amazed at how awful the delivery and customer service is at this Lowes. I have been shopping there for over 10 years and have had positive experiences up until this point. We bought a washing machine and I am now on day 4 or waiting for my old one to be removed. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get the new one delivered and the old one removed. I have been hung up on, passed from person to person, was in the store trying to coordinate and have gotten NO WHERE!!! I will NEVER buy another appliance from this stor... read more
