Lowes missed out on what could have amounted to well over a $500 project sale because I asked for help and stood waiting in that aisle for 25 minutes till I decided if they had better things to do then I could find a better store to shop at
Purchased a refriderator over the July 4th weekend. Sales staff at point of sale was helpful but when it was delivered and could not be installed into my kitchen there was no contact from the store, no call back as promised from the delivery department, it's been 5 days. When we finally called to speak to a store manager, the assistant manager, said "what do you expect me to do?". This was NOT said in a helpful way. The store on Silver Drive in Columbus has let me down. Very unprofessional with terrible customer service.
The experience we had with their fence & deck crew was terrible, the quality was so bad I had to re-do most in between the our differences (they would pull crew-because of our unhappiness) then send same crew back! We still got charged full amount for work done. I'd save yourself the headache - don't use them for a quality fence & deck job. We have wrote corporate a letter.
