RecommendedI have found that Lowes is more knowledgeable than HD.
Standing in a line after cashier walked away to use bathroom. Asked customer services for support and told there is nothing they can do if he needs the restroom!?!? Can no one else help? Only one cashier available for everyone in the store??? Been stood here for way too long!!! Not good enough. If my purchase wasn’t for a client I wud have walked out by now!!! Not good enough Lowe’s
Does not enforce mask requirement. Tons of individuals without masks on 7/4. Manager said it isn’t their problem. Strongly do not recommend due to clear lack of concern for their customers, their workers and the families of both. A disgrace to the community they claim to support.

Lifetime warranties don’t mean anything at the Lowe’s In Alliance, Ohio. On Kobalt branded tools even. Just ask the Manager Marc He will tell you.
