Never mistake a "home improvement store" for a Hardware store. I found out you cannot get a small hand saw or drip trays for a gas stove at Lowe's, but they will sell you a $28,000 brand new kitchen LOL Waste of a trip... now off to a real hardware store
Terrible customer service! Ungrateful and rude. Supervisor Jason should not be in customer service. Lowe's needs to rename itself to Slowe's Took 90 seconds for them to take your money. Took 40 minuets to cancel the order and up to 7 days to return your money!
They must be following the Walmart check out procedure.. 30 people to check out and got 2 lanes open and 1 self checkout lane open with 6 employees standing watching... And 3 of the floor people in the departments answer to people asking questions was "I don't know look over there." A prime location with crap customer service, only reason your still open is because of the convenience... SAD!!! Will not return..
The number of times I've walked out of this store, abandoning a cart full of materials because they simply do not carry this or that basic item, would blow your mind. I go to Lowes because it's close to my house. Then I regret this decision, leave Lowes and go to Menards because they carry the products I need to finish projects. You can't buy an air filter for the Husqvarna string trimmer that they sell here, but you can buy a grill in 8 colors. Great job.
