Dealt with a cancelled delivery- Rod the Assistant Manager didn't know who, how or when it was cancelled. They would only offer a cash refund rather than to take any time to rectify the situation. A sale of $1,300 may not be a big deal but a very dissatisfied customer (who won't be returning) should be.
So upset.....drove 50 miles round trip to buy Christmas inflatable blow up of Olaf from Frozen to find out that the distributor sent none to Wisconsin stores. When asked if they were substituting anything else I was yold no! Please take this into consideration when shopping at Lowes. I know I will be shopping elsewhere & I will be sure family & friends will do the same! SHAME ON YOU LOWE'S!

had some time to kill while I was in Appleton today so I stopped by Lowe's to look at bathroom remodel stuff...the employees were so friendly helpful and professional WOW :) Especially the gentleman in the door and window section who tried to brain storm with me to figure out a door solution for our new bathroom. We may be looking at driving down from GB just to go to Lowe's or they need to build one up here!!
