The lumber department put me on hold for 20 minutes and then I decided to drive there and they were all not busy standing around. One star. They suck.
Lowe's has worked so hard to help us amend our fence order (which was our mistake in the beginning) and synchronize delivery to make sure our lumber will be here when needed. Every time we have spoken to an employee, they have been extremely helpful and willing to go over and beyond to provide us with a pleasant experience. Thank you! We will definitely be sticking with Lowe's.
I purchased a washer and dryer with delivery. For whatever reason the fact that I was stacking was missed. Delivery was on time but the guys couldn’t install without the stacking kit. The delivery crew proactively called the store and the kit was delivered by Lowe’s while the installers were there. Thank you!
Purchased a grill online, went in store to pick up. Greeted at customer service by rude inattentive employee. Grill was completely weathered and appeared to be a floor model. Your company should be ashamed.
Over priced. Menards us much cheaper better sales.
Assistant manager had no obvious authority. Customer service was a complete fail. You would think Lowes management would be more cautious regards their reputation. Sorry honey, no Father's Day gifts. Thanks so much (again) for failing Lowes � 1at time shame on you. 2nd time shame on me....
